President Uhuru Kenyatta has been behaving in a manner that has confused most of his trusted aides.

After the failed US trip, the President retreated to Sagana State Lodge with just a number of aides. Some say that Uhuru has been spending most of the time alone and only talks to unknown people through a secure Presidential line.

When he arrived in State House, Nairobi, on Thursday evening, he just walked in without talking to anyone and then went to check his house next door which is undergoing renovation.

He then surprised all his staff when he suddenly asked for his KAF chopper after meeting former US President, Bill Clinton, and returned to Sagana.

At Sagana, the President is always seen strolling around the expansive lodge saying hi to local residents even without his security.

A neigbour at the lodge said the father of the nation is a down to earth man who always says hi to everybody he meets in the road.
