Yesterday, a grisly road accident occurred along the Eastern Bypass near Utawala, leaving two dead and about 10 injured. The accident is said to have been a head-on-collision between the speeding range rover and a matatu.

From these pics one can easily find that either one of driver was either doing drunk driving or lost control of car due to high speed. When I worked with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer, I saw so many similar cases there. Not sure about the verdict being passed in this case though.
